Lily Momma is back home, and when she heard her guinea pig, she came right out of her hidey sack and started to eat hay. I may not have to hand feed her. I gave her the meds this evening, but forgot to weigh her. I will get right on that in the morning.

It’s been an excruciating day. My back went into spasm yesterday and hasn’t let up. I had a ton of things to do today, including driving an hour to the vet’s office to pick up miss sweet face after her spay. Right now she’s in the hospital cage until I get the pig pen cleaned up and lower the lip on the box they hop into to eat their hay.

I got up, left my pajamas on, put on a lumbar support brace, stopped by the co-op for an obscene amount of bananas, put gas in the car, fetched my piggie next state over, dropped her off at the house and went to the grocery store, then the pet store to get the boys some raw cat food because even if I could muster the will to do it today, I didn’t get home until 2pm. I can’t start making the boys’ batch of food for the month that late in the day. Then I made dinner.

I’m done. My job is to keep everyone alive. S’all good.
