I love flowers. My cats love flowers. The problem with both is that unless you do your research, you could end up with a very beautiful (but very toxic) arrangement of flowers that is within reach of your curious, chewing kitties.

You can have roses but not pared with carnations. Seasonal flowers like Lilies and Poinsettias are nixed. A good rule of thumb is if the stem is milky, it’s probably going to be bad for your cat.

We like to stick with Sunflowers around here. I like them and the cats touch them very little. Maybe you have one in the list that you feel safe with.
